Changes to FMCSA Regulations
The Changes to FMCSA Regulations contain the new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations issued on March 30, 2004. It is extremely important that all background checks, including drug and alcohol testing cover the previous three (3) years. This document contains only the changes to Parts 390 and 391.
